Punch Bowl Social has found its guests are drinking differently than in the past, often imbibing less frequently or at different occasions. Drinks—which include juices, dessert-style drinks, sodas, fizzes, mocktail-style concoctions and more—are priced $5 to $7, which helps with check averages, too.
