Agar's Bressler Named to Board of Charitable Organization

TAUNTON, MA - Karen Bressler, ceo of Agar Supply here, was named to the board of directors of Community Servings, a Massachusetts provider of free, home-delivered meals to individuals with life threatening illness, according to the charitable organization.

Bressler, a recognized New England executive, will offer counsel and guidance to the Community Servings organization as it continues to expand its home-delivered meal offerings to people homebound with acute life-threatening illnesses throughout Massachusetts.

"I am proud to be associated with Community Servings and look forward to helping the organization expand its charitable offerings," said Bressler. "Community Servings is at the forefront in the battle against AIDS and hunger and serves as New England's expert in feeding those who are homebound with life-threatening illness. Agar has always championed such worthwhile charitable organizations and I will work hard to help develop programs and increase awareness for the Community Servings mission."
