H & R, founded in 1969 as an independent COP distributor, maintains a processing plant as it markets to independent restaurants and schools.
According to the marketing group, H & R's plans are to develop a wider base of foodservice products and programs. Currently H & R services accounts within a 150-mile radius of Amarillo, including operators in Oklahoma, Kansas and New Mexico.
