Entertainment takes the stage at Prohibition-inspired The Tuck Room Tavern, the latest bar and restaurant from James Beard Award-winning pastry chef Sherry Yard and movie theater chain iPic.

The Tuck Room Tavern—the third Tuck Room location—boasts a bar program that's an homage to Hollywood’s golden age, the Los Angeles Times notes, featuring such selections as the Norma Jean and Fatal Attraction, developed by Master Barman Adam Seger.

Playing off of the entertainment theme, the dinner-only concept has taken custom carved ice to a whole new level, adding an “Ice DJ Booth” where customers can watch so-called Ice DJs hand cut clear ice from a 45-pound block for use in punch bowls and cocktails.

To punch up sales on Thursdays, a happy hour runs “all day,” featuring a variety of beer and cocktail specials, and $1 champagne floaters for punch bowls.

Given Yard’s background, dessert is a featured section of The Tuck Room Tavern's menu, offering options such as Millionaires Shortbread ($9) and Black N Blue Pot Pie ($9).
