Burger King brings back 15-cent chicken nugget promotion

In an effort to steal sales from McDonald’s and other competitors, Burger King is reintroducing a 15-cent chicken nugget promotion.

The promotion — 10 chicken nuggets for $1.49 — was first offered by the fast food chain last fall.

“When we first offered our guests this value back in October, they went crazy for it. We are bringing it back again in January during a time when people are watching their wallets after all that holiday shopping,” Burger King’s Chief Marketing Officer Eric Hirschhorn said in a press release Monday.

“10-pieces for $1.49 is an unbelievable deal that offers unbeatable value for our guests,” Hirschhorn added.
