Technomic has announced the winners of its 2016 Chain Restaurant Consumers’ Choice Awards in four categories, based on consumer assessments of more than 60 attributes, delivered through the market researcher’s Consumer Brand Metrics program. “It’s important to point out that it’s the consumers who rated the chains and selected the winners,” says Darren Tristano, president of Technomic. “In essence, this award is from the customers themselves.” The awards will be presented at Technomic’s Consumer Insights Planning Program conference, which is being held Jan. 13-14 in Newport Beach, Calif. Here’s what consumers had to say about the winners.
