Dot Foods, the country's largest redistributor based in Mt. Sterling, IL, offers nationwide 80 of its products and stocks 30, according to Lee Leffers, senior marketing manager. Distributors can order the desserts via The Dot Expressway, EDI or fax.
Leffers said the benefits to Dot's distributor-customers are that the products are obtainable on a shorter lead time and without minimums at the same cost of goods.
The multi-dimensional product suitable for all channels is available in bulk as well as individually wrapped, Leffers added.
