Restaurant Business and the James Beard Foundation invite you to participate in a movement that strives to make burgers better by blending ground meat with chopped mushrooms, creating an incredibly delicious patty that’s healthier for your guests and more sustainable for the planet.
Submit your Blended Burger to the JBF contest by Memorial Day (May 29) and spread the word about the contest and your Blended Burger by creating buzz on social media. The five chefs who receive the most votes by July 31, 2017, will travel to New York City to prepare their winning Blended Burger at the James Beard House.
