Farmer Boys names Larry Rusinko CMO

Fast-casual chain Farmer Boys has named Larry Rusinko chief marketing officer, the breakfast-and burger company announced this week.

Rusinko succeeds Farmer Boys President and COO Karen Eadon, who was promoted from the CMO position in May.

Prior to joining 84-unit Farmer Boys, Rusinko most recently served as an independent consultant on multi-unit restaurant business challenges, the company said. He previously held senior-level marketing roles at Rubio’s Coastal Grill, Friendly’s and Panera Bread
