Subway, Marriott win Leaders awards

Subway and Marriott are among the chain operators selected for a 2014 Leaders in Foodservice Award, a distinction bestowed on standouts at balancing culinary creativity against business discipline.

The award is presented by CSP Business Media, the parent company of Restaurant Business.

Winners are selected from all foodservice channels, including retailing and the so-called non-commercial sector. Other honorees include Kennesaw State University and Tedeschi Food Shops.

They will be saluted at FARE: A Foodservice Evolution, CSP’s cross-channel conference for operations offering grab-and-go service. FARE is scheduled for June 16-18 at the Gaylord Texas Resort & Convention Center in Dallas.
