NEW YORK - Domestic demand for foodservice disposables is projected to rise 4.3% per year to $14.2 billion in 2007 due, in part, to the growth of away-from-home food expenditures, according to a study conducted by Cleveland-based researcher The Freedonia Group, Inc.
