For 16 years Kabuki’s mission has been to be the “best Japanese restaurant” in southern California, with innovative concepts and creative menus. Three will open this year, two in Phoenix and one in Las Vegas. “Fresh, top-quality gourmet dishes” comprise its dinnerhouse menus. “We’re in the planning stages for national expansion,” says marketing director Young Kim.
