Crave is a contemporary casual-dining concept with the credo “Fresh. Vibrant. American.” The menu is modern American, but many dishes have Asian or Mediterranean influences, so it appeals to a broad customer demographic. Crave has also won several awards for its private dining. Although the concept is not a nightclub, the management team focuses on doing business during evening hours when the units’ full-service bars are at their busiest. Despite this, the brand also strives to appeal to families, and operates inside or next to large family-centric shopping malls. There are eight Crave locations, in the Midwest and Florida. The company is committed to its Crave Cares program, through which it donates a percentage of proceeds to non-profit organizations.
