Known for its housemade tortillas, custom burrito-mixing tool and restaurants free of microwaves and freezers, Pancheros spent part of 2013 revamping its menu system. While its Mexican fare remains the same, the simplified menu guides guests through the ordering process with boards to designate entrees, proteins, add-ons, sides and beverages. The chain also continues to build its menu, adding two proprietary hot sauces at all restaurants in March.
