Launched as a casual-dining concept along the lines of Buffalo Wild Wings, East Coast Wings & Grill more recently introduced a smaller prototype designed for the limited-service segment. Wings are the focus, but the menu also includes entree salads, sandwiches and chili. While some locations have bars, the chain positions itself as a family-friendly destination. The brand has experienced 11 consecutive years of positive same-store sales growth through 2014.
