The bistro plus bowling and bocce hall has expanded to seven locations across the U.S. and has four in the works since opening in 2008. It has positioned itself as an events venue, attracting charity events with celebrity attendees. The chain has even been kicking around entering mixed-use developments such as new hotels and event spaces. By 2018, Pinstripes’ new markets will include Texas, New Jersey, Tennessee, Ohio, Maryland and California.
