This gastropub, whose FSC Franchise Co. parent also owns Beef ‘O’ Brady’s, serves 80 local and craft beers in a neighborhood-style environment. In an effort to keep its menu exciting, the Brass Tap has released LTOs at select locations such as the beer and Girl Scout cookie pairings that were offered this spring. So far in 2017, it’s debuted in new markets including Houston and Maryland.
