Since signing a large franchise-development deal in 2016, this fast-casual hot dog concept has been growth-minded, expanding into new markets. Since opening its first unit in 2010, the chain has become known for its all-beef hot dogs, burgers, sausages and other sandwiches, all served on soft Hawaiian rolls. Units also serve craft beer. To cater to consumers’ growing interest in clean ingredients, the company last year shifted to vegetarian-fed meats that have been raised without antibiotics or hormones.
