Hansen of Hawaii Acquires All Star Produce; Expands Products and Services

Hansen Foodservice, Kamaaina Distrbution and Hawaiian Housewares have formed Hansen Distributing Group here and acquired last month Maui-based All Star Produce, Diana Allen, president, informed ID.
