ID NEWS: California Produce acquires Fergadis produce business

COMMERCE, CA - California Produce, Inc., has acquired the produce business of Fergadis, Inc., Bell, CA, a grocery and paper distributor and member of the Golbon group. The acquisition will put California Produce over the $30-million mark in foodservice produce sales.

Financial advisory services for the transaction were provided to California Produce by Stephen Horowitz & Associates, Inc., Beverly Hills, CA.
