ID NEWS: EFS announces new investors, product development

EFS Network, Chicago, a major supply chain solutions provider to the foodservice industry, has announced three new supplier investors and a product under development.

The new investors are H.J. Heinz Co., Heritage Bag and Rich Products, all of whom also joined the EFS Customer Advisory Council (CAC).

At the same time, EFS is working with the CAC to develop an industry-centric, inter-enterprise contract and rebate management product.

In other EFS news, Basic American Foods, Land O'Lakes and The Procter and Gamble Co. are implementing the EFS Order Management System under multi-year commitments.
