Beyond sales, top chains nail the consumer experience from every angle, from food quality to overall reputation. As part of its Consumer Brand Metrics program, Technomic looks at consumers’ assessments of more than 60 attributes in order to determine the winners of its annual Chain Restaurant Consumers’ Choice Awards. Broken into four categories and based on the study that records almost 100,000 visits annually, these chains are scoring points with consumers themselves. The awards will be presented at Technomic’s Consumer Insights Planning Program Conference, which is being held Jan. 11-12 in Newport Beach, Calif. Here’s what consumers had to say about the winners.
