RLC’s new host hotel by the numbers

After twelve years, the RLC is changing locations. The meeting will move next year to another site in Scottsdale, Ariz., the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. The facility is bigger than the prior host property, providing more rooms, meeting space and networking settings for a conference that has grown exponentially to nearly 2,000 attendees.

Here’s how that added capacity shapes up in hard numbers:

Guest rooms: 950

Conference rooms: 40

Breakout rooms: 60

Total meeting space: 240,000 sq. ft.

Number of pools: 5

Number of golf courses: 2

Distance from last year’s host hotel: 6.2 miles
