IFDA’s government relations staff and executive committee have identified the following as the association’s top legislative priorities:

•    Employee Free Choice Act
•    Permanent death tax repeal
•    Hours of service for commercial vehicle operators
•    Food safety
•    Government withholding
•    LIFO repeal
•    Respect act
