IFDA Spends More Than $207,000 on 4Q Lobbying Efforts

Citing a recent disclosure report, the AP notes that IFDA, whose members include broadline distributors large and small, also lobbied on various agency funding bills, obesity legislation, immigration matters and more.

Besides Congress, the industry group reportedly lobbied the Food and Drug Administration, the departments of Homeland Security, Agriculture, Labor, Energy and others in the October-December period.
