For me, that motivating factor is my charity work. We hold regular fundraisers at the restaurants, and while we’re not raising tens of thousands of dollars, we’re able to raise enough money and awareness to make an impact on our immediate community. We keep our charity work focused around the areas we’re naturally attracted to like food and the environment, providing free soup trucks and teaching kids how to garden. If you don’t find something besides the money to motivate you, it’s not going to be an easy road.
