I do a few food tours a year. Of course I go to Mexico. But whenever I’m in a city, I do a food tour. You can learn different techniques, see different equipment. I always tag on a few days anytime I go to a city to check out local restaurants and other culinary destinations. I added three days to a recent trip in Los Angeles just so I could do a tour.
