Nashville-based J. Alexander's is preparing to ramp up a new restaurant brand as the company plans a return to the New York Stock Exchange.
Citing SEC documents, Nashville Post reports that the chain plans to convert about half of its restaurants to the new brand, Redlands Grill. According to the Post, the concept will mirror the core J. Alexander's brand in several ways, including its menu (contemporary American) and price (with an average guest check of about $30).
