Jamba Juice licenses its name for appliance line

Jamba Juice, one of the industry’s more aggressive licensors of products for the retail market, has broken new ground by lending its trademark to a line of blenders and juicers.

The Jamba Juice-branded appliances will be produced, marketed and distributed by Hamilton Beach.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but the announcement said it would extend for several years.

The Jamba Juice name can already be found on retail products as diverse as ice cream and toys.

Blenders and juicers are the signature pieces of equipment for the smoothie and beverage chain.
