As a start-up distributor, Kimberly Distributing has gained a foothold in the tavern and independent restaurant business, Golbon said. Most purchases are done with Dot Foods and Kimberly Distributing plans to leverage its membership in Golbon to enhance experience in the distribution business.
Kimberly Distributing, owned by Dick Giudici, services the greater Davenport, Iowa, area. Golbon said Giudici is preparing to expand the business with a larger facility within the next year.
