Menu Watch: Claim Jumper Adds LTO Stuffed Bakers

IRVINE, CA (Sept. 30)—Claim Jumper Restaurants, a casual dining restaurant chain with a family-friendly atmosphere and a modern twist on classic American cuisine, is now promoting four Giant Stuffed Bakers at $9.95 each on its fall specials menu. The 24-ounce Idaho baked potatoes include a Chili Stuffed Baker with top sirloin and black bean chili, fresh avocado, jack and cheddar cheese, diced tomatoes, chopped red onions and sour cream; Parmesan Crusted Chicken Stuffed Baker with Italian-style chicken breast, mozzarella cheese and fresh marinara sauce; Giant Stuffed Baker with charbroiled or blackened chicken, fresh vegetables, cheese and creamy Alfredo sauce; and Vegetarian Stuffed Baker with seasonal vegetables, melted jack and cheddar cheese, and fire-roasted salsa. The limited-term offering runs through November.
