Moon has extensive experience with foodservice technology and restaurant operations. Beginning his career in foodservice at Hyatt Corp., and later continuing on as a founder and general manager of USADeli, Moon has also held senior positions at the National Restaurant Association and The Elliot Group. On the technology side, Moon served as vice president of sales at CriticalArc Technologies (RestaurantPro.com).
Moon has worked with major foodservice companies including Burger King, YUM! Brands, TCBY, Sara Lee, Kellogg's, and ConAgra, helping them grow the bottom line.
