Del Frisco’s Restaurant Group said this morning that Jeff Carcara has resigned as COO to assume a leadership position with a private restaurant company.
The company Carcara intends to lead has not been revealed.
He had served as COO of Del Frisco’s, a group of steakhouses operating under three names, since 2012.
