A former Levy Restaurants employee sued the Chicago-based sports concessionaire, alleging that the company violates Illinois minimum-wage laws for its servers at U.S. Cellular Field.
Susan McShane, a former server at the Stadium Club at the White Sox's ballpark, filed a complaint yesterday and is seeking class-action status for allegations that Levy improperly counts a "tip credit" toward employees' wages.
