Twin Peaks restructures management team

Twin Peaks has restructured its senior management with new appointments to four positions, including a president of franchise operations.

Scott Gordon, a co-founder of the concept, will assume that title, reporting to CEO Starlette Johnson, who succeeded co-founder Randy DeWitt last year as CEO.

Also reporting to Johnson are Beth Collins, a restaurant-marketing veteran who joined the company as CMO; Jim Saunders, who was promoted to VP of operations; and Stephen Martin, who assumed the role of VP of human resources, moving over from the telecommunications company Prime Communications.

The realignment creates an operations group focused exclusively on company-owned restaurants, and specialists focused on the franchised side of the business.

“These changes allow us to raise the levels of support and accountability throughout out organization as we all focus on evolving and growing our brand,”  Johnson said.

Twin Peaks calls itself a “sports lodge,” with an emphasis on beer, sports programming on flat screen TVs, and “scenic views” provided in part by female servers.
