Plans in Full Swing for IFDA Conference & Expo

The show, called the 2006 Foodservice Distribution Conference & Expo, also includes a trade exposition, featuring the latest in warehousing and transportation hardware and technology solutions.

"This conference provides a real opportunity for distributors to find ways to improve their bottom line," said Mac Sullivan, president and coo of Pate Dawson Co., Goldsboro, NC, and overall conference chairman. "At one place, distributors can see the latest technologies and equipment, attend informative seminars and and can share time with peers."

The targeted participants are decision makers with responsibility for operations, transportation, human resources, and technology. Designed to meet the unique needs of the foodservice distribution industry, the conference is supported by major buying groups such as UniPro Foodservice, F.A.B., Inc., Golbon, Federated Foodservice, and IMA.

This IFDA conference will take place Oct. 15-17 at the Georgia International Convention Center in Atlanta.
