Police widen scope in probe into restaurant wallet thefts

Police have widened the scope of their investigation into a series of wallet thefts from purses at Kansas City restaurants.

Investigators are now urging women at all restaurants in the Kansas City metropolitan area to be alert.

Police released surveillance pictures from some of the incidents earlier this week.
