The thirty-something restaurateur’s Husk and Minero have outgrown their Charleston, S.C. digs, now branching out with locations in Nashville, Tenn., and Atlanta. Central to his success: A drive to spread the traditions of Southern cooking while reimagining it for a new and broader audience. He’s literally sowing the seeds of Southern food as well, tilling a revival through seed-saving initiatives and heritage farming.
