Alaska Smoked Salmon Fettuccine
Smoked salmon gets a kick from a mustard infused cream sauce. The salmon and sauce are served with mixed with fettuccine for a delicious pasta meal.
Ingredients
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. tarragon, crushed
4 tsp. butter
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 cups heavy cream
3⁄4-1 lb. Alaska smoked salmon, cut or torn into strips
2⁄3 cup Parmesan, grated
16 oz. fettuccine, cooked, drainedparsley, chopped, for garnish
Steps
- In saucepan over medium-low heat, sauté garlic and tarragon in butter about 1 min.
- Stir in mustard; add cream. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
- Add salmon and cheese; toss with pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley
