Hand-tossed pizza dough is spread with Stouffer’s Alfredo Sauce and topped with thin sliced proscuitto, caramelized onions, shredded fontina cheese baked until golden, then finished with baby arugula.
Pizza dough 16”, rolled out, 1 ea
Stouffer’s® Alfredo Sauce, 6 oz
Fontina Cheese, shredded, 5 oz
Caramelized onions, 5 oz
Proscuitto, sliced and chopped, 4 oz
Baby arugula, washed, 1 ½ oz
Procedure – per pizza
- Pre-heat oven to 450°.
- Spread Stouffer’s Alfredo Sauce on top of pizza dough, sprinkle the cheese, caramelized onions, and prosciutto over the sauce. Place in the oven and cook 7-10 minutes.
- Toss the arugula in a little olive oil and season.
- Garnish pizza with the arugula, slice and serve.
