6 cups mixed salad greens
1 lb. cooked beef barbecue with sauce
2 cups cooked corn kernels
l-2 avocados, sliced
1 large red onion, sliced
1. Divide salad greens among 4 plates or shallow bowls.
2. Divide beef, corn, avocados, and onion over greens. Serve with Ranch dressing.
