Spice up a beef flank steak by marinating it in Guinness, onions, garlic, and jalapeño peppers.
1 (12-oz.) bottle Guinness
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
3 jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped
2 lb. Certified Angus Beef flank steak
Salt and pepper, to taste
- In hotel pan, combine Guinness, onion, garlic and jalapeños; mix well. Add flank steak. Marinate 6 to 8 hr. in refrigerator.
- Remove steak; discard marinade. Season steak with salt and pepper. Grill over med.-high heat to desired doneness.
- Let steak rest 5 min.; slice thinly across the grain and serve.
