5 seedless green grapes
1 to 2 slices lime
1 tbsp. sugar
1½ to 2 oz. Cachaca 51 (sugarcane rum)
Splash of seltzer or club soda
Lime slice and seedless green grapes, for garnish
- Place 5 grapes, lime slices and sugar in tall glass and muddle slightly.
- Transfer muddled mixture to shaker. Add Cachaca and seltzer; shake thoroughly to melt sugar.
- Fill old-fashioned glass with ice and pour cocktail over top. Garnish with lime slice.
