Pisco is a grape brandy that’s produced in South America, and the Pisco Sour is often considered the national cocktail of Peru and Chile. This recipe gives the drink a fresh fruit finish with the addition of juicy grapes. Beaten egg white provides a frothy crown.

1/2 oz. simple syrup
1 1/2 oz. Pisco brandy
1 oz. egg white
Dash of bitters
Green grapes for garnish
