A twist on traditional hummus made from Santiago® Refried Beans, peanut butter, lime juice, and fresh garlic.
1 pkg Santiago® Refried Beans, any variety, prepared, chilled
¾ cup Lime juice
¾ cup Peanut butter
¼ cup Garlic cloves, whole (about 4-5 cloves)
2 Tbsp Parsley, chopped
1 Tbsp Hot sauce
- Prepare Santiago® Refried Beans according to package directions. Chill completely.
- Combine all ingredients in batches in a food processor and puree to a smooth consistency, about 2 min.
