Topped with Wisconsin queso quesadilla, sharp cheddar and monterey jack cheeses, this quesadilla-inspired pizza packs tons of flavor into every bite.
1 cup salsa (your favorite variety)
1/3 cup (about generous 2 oz.) Wisconsin queso quesadilla cheese, shredded
1/3 cup (about generous 2 oz.) Wisconsin sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup (about generous 2 oz.) Wisconsin monterey jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup green onions, thinly chopped
cilantro leaves (optional)
lime wedges (optional)
- Let dough come to room temperature, covered, for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 500°F.
- Roll dough into 13-inch circle on well-floured surface. Transfer to baking sheet and spread salsa evenly over dough. Top with queso quesadilla, cheddar, monterey jack and green onions.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with lime wedges if desired.
