Sourcing sustainable, organic and local ingredients is a priority at this healthy California-based chain. Sharky’s wrap starts with a whole-wheat tortilla that’s filled with mesquite-grilled salmon and an ample portion of veggies. A sheet of nori rolled up inside adds a flavor and texture surprise.

1 whole-wheat flour tortilla
1 sheet nori
1/4 cup seasoned cooked brown rice
1/4 cup shredded white cabbage
1/4 cup cucumber slices
