Reinhart to Acquire Third Distributorship

The deal announced today will close next week, according to Boyd Jordan, coo of Reinhart.

Burlington, a $75 million, independent broadliner, will become No. 6 Reinhart's 17th U.S. location.

Jude Reyes, co-chairman of Reyes Holdings, said, "We are very pleased to add Burlington Foodservice Company to the Reinhart family. BFC's reputation for second-to-none customer service coupled with a long history of independent family ownership will make for an easy cultural fit."

Mark Drazkowski, Reinhart president and ceo, said, "We intend to help the Burlington Foodservice management team build upon their strong reputation of reliability and integrity in distributing fresh produce, meat, fish, dry groceries and restaurant supplies and equipment across northern New England."

"BFC will continue to offer our valued customers the very best service and will remain an independent family owned business. With the depth of resources available from Reinhart, we will enhance our brand offerings and improve technology to strengthen our customer relationships," said BFC President, Chris Kurek, president of Burlington.
