ROSEMONT, IL (August 3, 2012)—Reinhart Foodservice Louisiana, L.L.C., announced today that it has entered into an agreement with P.A. Menard, Inc. to acquire certain assets of P.A. Menard’s business in New Orleans, Louisiana. The transaction is expected to close on August 13, 2012, and P.A. Menard’s operations will be subsequently integrated into Reinhart’s New Orleans distribution facility.
P. A. Menard is a foodservice distributor to independent restaurants and supermarket chains in the greater New Orleans area. The company has developed a solid reputation in the industry by providing a wide range of products of the highest quality for supermarkets, bakeries, and fine dining establishments.
John Roussel, Chief Executive Officer of Reinhart Foodservice, L.L.C., said “Acquiring P.A.
