Saval Taps Gordon as COP Specialist

ELKRIDGE, MD - Jeff Gordon, an industry veteran, has been named COP specialist by Saval Foodservice here, according to the company.

Gordon will be responsible for the sales and product category development of center-of-the-plate products for the $60 million broadliner. The products include processed deli meats, fresh and processed poultry, beef, pork and seafood.

Gordon's experience as a food broker has provided him with the skills to be a COP specialist. A native of Michigan, he spent his foodservice career with three brokers as a partner, director of sales and most recently, vice president. He represented 100 companies, with emphasis on proteins.

Gordon resides in Bethesda with his wife.
